Our steers travel to a local abattoir where the meat is hung for a minimum of 21 days. It is then butchered and packaged at the local farm shop.

Red Ruby meat with its superior marbling and flavour make it a highly praised traditional beef.

Our beef is butchered and vacuum packed into 5 or 10kg boxes. A typical 10kg box contains

Rump steak / Sirloin Steak 1.5Kg

Roasting Joints (Topside / Rib) 3Kg

Casserole Steak 1.5Kg

Braising Steak 2Kg

Mince 2Kg

Prices are £80 for 10Kg and £40 for 5Kg.

We offer free delivery within a 15 mile radius of Priddy and Taunton/Wellington area.
